Types of data collected

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. fabianibus.it does not knowingly collect information on minors under 16 years of age and is a site aimed at a general public. The Controller processes Users' Personal Data by adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
Processing is carried out by means of paper, computer and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of people involved in the organisation of the site (administrative, sales, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller, may have access to the Data. The User has the right to obtain information about the legal basis for the transfer of Data outside the European Union or to an international organisation under public international law or consisting of two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as about the security measures taken by the Controller to protect the Data.

Times
The Data are processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document, the User can always request the interruption of the Processing or the deletion of the Data. At the end of the retention period the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this period, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to Data portability can no longer be exercised.

Legal defence
The User's Personal Data may be used for the defence by the Data Controller in legal proceedings or in the stages preparatory to its possible establishment, against abuses in the use of the same or related services by the User.

When Personal Data are processed in the public interest, in the exercise of public powers vested in the Data Controller or to pursue a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, Users have the right to object to the processing for reasons related to their particular situation.
Users are reminded that if their Data are processed for direct marketing purposes, they may object to the processing without giving any reason. To find out whether the Controller processes Data for direct marketing purposes, Users may refer to the respective sections of this document.

Further rights of Users
We never and under no circumstances sell or rent Users' Data to third parties. The only uses of Data are those highlighted in this policy. Users are the sole owners of their Data and may request its modification or deletion at any time.

How to exercise your rights
Deleting, modifying and updating personal information
